If you’re serious about landing a role at a startup, here’s a strategy most people overlook: Venture capital (VC) firms run their own job boards.

Many VCs actively share open roles from their portfolio companies. That means instead of searching company by company, you can browse dozens (sometimes hundreds) of startups in one place.
